All warehouse locations also offer fully equipped Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) rooms, grounded workstations for handling sensitive electronics down to the bare, unpackaged unit level. Our many temperature and humidity controlled rooms are capable of sustaining environmental conditions conducive to many demanding industry requirements such as: electronics, life sciences and specialized equipment.

Technology Solutions

Many of our customers have benefited from our staff being experienced in the inventory control and distribution modules of SAP, Oracle and other top ERP systems. This allows for the placement of a clients ERP directly in our facilities so our teams can work in a live, real time environment performing inventory control functions, order processing, etc.

For those customers who have not made the significant investment in their own ERP, JSI offers the perfect Warehouse Management System (WMS). Our web based WMS is fully scalable to meet all our clients needs from the basics of online order placement by you or your customers and customized labels to the more advanced solutions such as custom messaging to / from your internal operating platform, automated Advanced Ship Notifcations and strategically programmed algorithms to ensure efficient put away, pick, and pack operations.

Returns Management/Inspection

JSI currently manages a large portfolio of Returns Management (RMA) programs. From managing the customer service function of receiving the initial RMA call, processing the request for the RMA, arranging the shipping of the RMA back to our warehouse or to our customer's location and inspection of the RMA with follow up report - we take care of it all. What we do will save you a significant amount of freight expenses, especially by keeping the RMA in its country of origin rather than sending to a headquarters location in another part of the world for failure analysis. In addition to saving in freight cost your will enjoy a lower staff headcount to manage the RMA process.
